The dropzone operates a seasonal schedule from May through October, offering skydiving adventures six days a week. This concentrated operating window takes advantage of New England's short but action-packed skydiving season, allowing the center to focus on safety and quality during optimal weather conditions. The facility is situated just 7 miles northwest of Providence, making it easily accessible for jumpers traveling from throughout southern New England.

Boston Skydive Center specializes in tandem skydiving, where first-time jumpers freefall at 120 mph attached to certified instructors. The experience includes a brief ground school (under 30 minutes) followed by the jump itself—a minute of adrenaline-pumping freefall before deploying the parachute and floating back to earth. The center also offers video and photo packages so jumpers can relive their accomplishment repeatedly.

The dropzone caters to diverse groups and occasions. Weekday tandem jumps (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) are priced at $229 per person, with a $249 walk-in rate. Weekend jumps (Saturday and Sunday) are $269 per person, while Friday jumps are $249 when booked online. Group discounts are available: six or more jumpers receive $209 per person pricing on weekdays, while groups of 10 or more jump for $199 per person. Boston Skydive Center also serves students, military personnel, and birthday jumpers with $25 off video and photo packages.

The facility includes packing service, rigging service, shower facilities, and videographers on-site to capture jumpers' moments. The center operates two Cessna aircraft: a Cessna 206 and Cessna 182, enabling consistent jump operations throughout the season.
